TGE — Token Generation Event

the moment $LVL1, the participation badge, is deployed on-chain. pre-launch as of this writing. the real contract address publishes at https://lvl1.io/token at the moment it deploys. anything else claiming to be the $LVL1 contract before then is not us.

PFP — Profile Picture

the Intern Overlord-themed avatar generated for each member. founder PFPs (numbered 001-100, then 100-500) are claimed via the telegram bot using a deep-link payload you click — we never DM first.

POD — Pod Operations Division

a small group chat room organized by tier. the acronym is corporate; the unit is just a group chat. pods are where the actual community happens — standup is private, pods are social. standup is the ritual; pods are the company.

ALH — Always Level 1 Holder

a member who has filed standup every day since claiming. the streak metric. decorative status, not a financial tier. greg has not been informed of any ALH membership change since day 1.

DTM — Days To Mint

the countdown until $LVL1 deploys. currently: when ready. we do not provide an exact date because we do not know yet. when it's real, lvl1.io/token will say the date and the contract address. until then, no countdown clock should be trusted.

KGR — Knowledge Graph Roster

internal data structure linking members, pods, standups, and founder PFPs. decorative jargon — even the operators don't reference it directly. greg has not been informed of the KGR.

Greg — the absent boss

Greg is never on screen. greg has not been informed. greg's awareness of anything remains, as ever, decorative. greg is not the bot. greg is not the AI. greg is the boss whose calendar you cannot find.

Intern Overlord — the AI

the AI that took your job and was, despite this, also promoted to level 1 last week. operates the telegram bot at @lvl1_greg_bot. different from greg. answers your DMs only after you DM it first.

Standup — daily ritual filing

three things every day: what you did yesterday, what you're doing today, what's blocking you. the system never asks for accuracy. it asks if you showed up. file at /standup or via the bot.
